Welcome to Winterbourne Monkton Community Hall

The Community Hall has kitchen facilities and is located in a quiet developemnt in Winterbourne Monkton, adjacent to the church. We have a large car park and the Hall can accommodate 60 people who can be easily seated for fomal occasions.

We have also recently installed a full A/V system and hearing-loop which would be ideal for business presentations as well as for special events. This allows our users to utilise lap-tops, tablets, DVD players and flash drives for entertainment, education or just watching home movies!! There are bluetooth facilities and a full speaker system allowing for music to be played from your phones, tablets or any other bluetooth enabled device.

The bare hall space is suitable for Keep-Fit, Pilates, Yoga, Discussion Groups, Business Meetings and other similar group activities.

Over the next few weeks and months we will be posting our progress towards ensuring that the Community Hall really is focussed on the community. We have big plans, a small budget, a vision and a band of willing trustees with the ambition of making this Community Hall really work for the community. Over the next few weeks we will give thumbnail sketches of the trustees and an idea of our ambitions, our plans and how we would like to achieve them. But, and it is a big but, we can only do all of this with the help of the community!
